From the Dinnertime Meals kitchen

Gather.

Dinnertime, sized for the whole gathering.

It's the middle word of everything we do — Create. Gather. Serve. Same kitchen, same home-style food you trust on a Tuesday night, made ready for the crowd you love.

Where Gather shows up

Any time the table gets bigger than the kitchen — that's a gathering. Here's where families use us.

Reunions & family gatherings

Twenty cousins, one table, and nobody stuck in the kitchen missing the stories.

Trips & getaways

Cabin weekends and lake weeks. Dinner for the whole crew, packed to travel and easy to reheat when you get there.

Church, school & work events

Luncheons, activities, and every event that goes better when the food is real.

The harder weeks

Funeral luncheons and heavy days. Food that quietly shows up, so you can just be with your people.

Birthdays & backyard get-togethers

The neighborhood's coming over — and dinner is already handled.

Or just your part of the potluck

Assigned the salad? Bring the one that goes first.

Two ways to Gather

Feeding everyone, or bringing your part

Both count. Both are welcome orders. Nobody here thinks the salad assignment is a small job.

Hosting the whole thing

Feed everyone

10-serving pans of the same dinners families order all week. Choose Baked — hot and ready to serve — or Take-and-Bake, finished in your own oven so it hits the table at exactly the right moment.

Bringing your part

Bring your part

One good dish, no pan-sized commitment. This is the potluck shelf — salads, trays, dips, and sweets sized for showing up to someone else's table.

  • Fruit Tray $38
  • Cowboy Caviar $16
  • Our Famous Queso $16
  • Cinnamon Rolls, half-dozen $18

The basics

No fine print. Here's how it works.

The whole point is less to coordinate, not more. Four things to know:

24 hrs

is all the notice we need

No planning a week out.

$0

minimum order

One pan for the reunion or one salad for the potluck — both are welcome here.

$0

deposit

Pay for what you order when you order it, like always. Nothing held, nothing extra.

Good questions

Things people ask us

Straight answers, the way we'd tell a neighbor over the fence.

Ten real dinner plates — the same portions we cook for weeknight dinners, times ten. Not ten polite tastes. If your crowd runs hungry (hello, teenagers), add a second side and you're covered.

Yes. Gathering pans are built to travel and reheat well — one family took dinner for twenty to Lake Powell and warmed it up right on the houseboat. Take-and-Bake rides even easier: it's made to finish in whatever oven you end up near.

Each pan holds one dish — but with no minimum order, mixing happens across your order instead. Two different mains, a salad, a tray of rolls: build the table you want, pan by pan.

Bigger? Add single dishes and sides until the math works, or order two pans and send leftovers home with somebody — no one has ever complained about that. Smaller? The single-dish shelves are sized just right.

24 hours. That's it. If the reunion's been on the calendar since January you're welcome to order early — but a day is all we need.

Stay At The Table

Be the first to know what's for dinner

Every week we share what's coming out of our kitchen — new meals, seasonal specials, stories from our community, and the occasional recipe worth keeping. No noise. Just the good stuff, straight to your inbox.

Dinnertime? Handled. Welcome to the table.
